CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing to BDMC office by Aug 1, 2019. All refund requests will be charged a 50USD handling fee and will be processed after the conference.

Note: (1) If you register as a student, please email a copy of your student ID card to the following: maliu@tju.edu.cn.

          (2) If you need to apply for a visa to attend BDMC 2019, we can provide an official invitation letter to support your application. The visa letter will be accessible during your registration process. You will also be required to make payment for your registration before a visa letter can be issued.
